REFUND POLICY – Global Trade Hub

How to request a refund for regret: In the event of regretting the purchase, a refund will be accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order.

To proceed with the return, the customer must send an e-mail to suporte@clickshopdigital.shop, stating their full name and order number.

The refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned product, at no additional cost, using the same payment method selected by the customer at the time of purchase.

How to request a return of defective products:

Products with a manufacturing defect:

For items with a manufacturing defect, returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.

The customer must send an e-mail to suporte@globaltradehub.site stating their full name, order number and information about the manufacturing defect (description with photos or videos).

The order will be analyzed within 30 days from the date of receipt of the refunded product(s), at no additional cost, and the amount will be refunded by the same payment method selected at the time of purchase.

How to return products:

In compliance with the Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Law No. 8.078/90), shipping costs for returning products due to the right of regret or items with a manufacturing defect will be handled by reverse logistics, at the supplier’s expense.

The customer will receive a postage authorization code by e-mail after requesting an exchange or return, and must post the goods at a post office.

We do not cover the cost of packaging, so it is suggested that you use the same packaging as when you bought it, or another box that will keep the product sufficiently protected during transportation.
